Device hidden, disappear from everywhere (browser, rule creator)

I have firmware 1.3.61j newly installed and when I hide a device (Zipatile siren) in the device browser, it becomes invisible everywhere and unknown in my rules.

Is there anybody who knows a workaround for this problem? Or is there a way to remove the hide flag from a device?

Could you help with this?

This is not OK. All your internal devices are gone. I think the best thing to do is contact support.

Hi gaben,

Enable the visibility in your controller can be done in module manager -> zwave ->weel at the right side of this device.

Where is the module manager?

The device is not visible in the Device browser, so I can't set its visibility.

Not just in the browser but also not visible in the Device Manager.

If it isn't in your device manager than it's probably not connected to your controller anymore.

This is a Zipatile siren, there a settings menu (I don't remember the name) in the zipatile where it is still visible, and I can make it alarm. So the hardware is working.

If you say it is not connected, is there a way to reconnect it or add it as a new device?

Oww... the zipatile siren is located in Device Manager -> IP -> Internal

It's not there. Is there a way to readd the device? Or do a some kind of reset that will remove the hide setting?

I think I hide that all, my plan was that I will only use them in rules, why should I see them.

So should I create a ticket for this?

I opened a ticket and the problem was solved for me by the Support Team, I have FW version 1.3.69k now. Hiding should work now.
