zipatile offline problem when connecting

my zipatile is offline and I can not access it from the website it appears offline but is connected to the internet.

Hello,
I did;
1 - I stopped the Service Zipatile e Zipato and clear the date.
2 - Reboot the zipatile,
3 -Wait to back and show the zipatile ON.
4 - Go to my.zipato.com click on synchronize.
5 - Go to zipatile and login again.(I try 4 times because the key is modified).
6 - When the login successful put the phone number and location.
7 - Reboot the zipatile.
Now it is work.
