Add procedures in Rules Creator
Under Consideration
A Procedure is useful, instead of writing the same blocks in several Rules. Just call the Procedure from the Rule.
Implementation
A Puzzle-Control-Block like the “when” but without the when part with the name Procedure. Savable the same way as Rules.
Then there also have to be a puzzle block for calling a Procedure.
Usage
Procure shall be callable manually (like rules), and from other Rules and Procedures, but newer run automatic like Rules (they has the “when” part, Procedures doesn’t)
Advanced
Think also about parameters and return value for Procudures.
