Servers offline ??

Same problem here as many others. Zipabox is offline. When I restart the box the LED stays red. Is there a problem with the Zipato servers??
And how come my devices and alarm don't keep working OFFLINE. I doublechecked my home network. No problems here....
UPDATE: A moment ago my alarm was triggered. I can't switch it off because I rely on the android app. I had the keypad in the beginning but I stopped using it because it drained the batteries. So I have no way to disable the alarm......
What's happening here???
