Does someone knows how to use the sensitive strips in a rule?

I have changed the parameters (advised in earlier posts) to 1,1,0 and I have included it well. I can also see the temperature when I look up the device in the browser. So so far problem. But when I use it in a rule like this (see attachment) it seems to use different values than I can check.

The rule in this example is triggered even by values > 0 ??? Someone an Idea how?
