No PRO Bundle and Backup service after reset ZIPATO controller

Good day,

I had problems with zipabox, only Reset and Unregister device help me decide problem.

Than I again add same zipabox to my account, zipabox start work, but from this time no PRO Bunle in my account and no Bacup service. Backup service I paid just yesterday.

How can I restore my licence for PRO Bundle and Backup cervice?
