Zipato Cloud very very unstable?

I have http://www.uptimerobot.com "monitor" my Zipato stuff, by calling a "http device" every 5 minutes. If it cannot connect, I get a fault notification. Once it connects successfully again, I get an OK message.Today, it has been up and down and up and down very many times. When down, Zipato cloud returns a 404 Not Found error. This could be an indication their front end has severe problems?

I have the same problem install the new firmware and zipato cloud connects and disconnects and I can not synchronize the driver.

I'm still having problems after the last update. I've did a hard reset (the blue led was flashing), but nothing worked.
The Led on de Zipato is green but I can't synchronize. Even the "old software" won't work again.
