Hi David! How are you?

Do you refer to the virtual alarm?

And when you wrote "Home" do you refer to the "Arm Home" mode?

Not sure I can help but want to try as soon as I understand what you ask. 😀

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

I'm referring to what appears in Device Manager as "Home" and "Alarm", and in Device Browser as "Level control" and "Partition 1"

Device Manager:

Device Browser:

I've never known what these devices do. I don't use them. Since I've been told I have "a ton of devices", I wondered if I could delete them.

Thanks.

Ok. Do you have a Pro License? I don't have the "Home" and the "LevelControl" as you do?

But I am sure you can click the garbage can and delete the "Partition 1" if you are not using the security part of Zipato. Once this is deleted and you sync and log off and on etc maybe some of the other devices are automatically removed too?

On the other hand I don't think these "things" slow down your system if not in use!? Maybe the sync routine thou?

Good luck! // Henning

I do have a Pro licence, but I don't use the security stuff at all. I don't imagine they affect the speed, but they must have some impact on the box's memory use, I imagine.
