Hello. I have serious problems with settung up a zipatile, and now i will not reset either. When trying to do a master reset it states that controller serial number : null. And reset fails. Please help. Best regards Lars

I managed to fix this by a «deep» reset, in the android menu available by pressing power on an volume down for a long time.
I still cannot get it to work properly, but have another ticket for that.
