rules debugging/logging using google forms

As zipato doesn't have rules debugging features, I'm logging the steps of my rules in a google sheet hich is fed by a google form.
There was an italian user who had created a guide on how to use this.
Now that I wanted to create a new rule and do some debugging, I notice that this functionality is not working anymore. I suspect google changed something.
I tried to find back the guide from the italian user, but it seems to have disappeared from the forum. Here is what google cache can still recover:
