Dear Zipato team

I don't know if is just know the problem but I have problem with IOS push notification. I have some different apple devices but I didn't received any push notification from my zipabox.

Can you tell me something regarding this problem?

it is known issue for iOS app on V2 platfrom (old mobile app - green icon) and unfortunatelly it is not going to be fixed.

On V3 platform it works.

Hello,

I jump inside the topic. I've recently get my new Zipabox 2 after having a Zipabox 1 for years. I use same user on zipato v3 mobile app and try a push notification test without success.

All parameters in iOS are valide for notifications for the app.

Do I need to fix something special to have it working ?

push notifications work on v3 so please check if Zipato app has allowed Notifications under App Settings. If is it allowed, please create a simple rule which will be triggered by virtual switch and set both sendiong e-mail and push notification (for the account which uses mobile app). If e-mail is recieved but not push notification then please submit a ticket and support team will check your rule to fix your issue.

Hi, Thanks for reply.

I do the test a few days before without success... And now it's working (same rule, same variable, not iOS change).

But now it's working. Maybe I change something that I not remember.
