Cannot move Zipatile 1 to V3 system

Hi all
I have wanted to update my Zipatile 1 to V3 - so cleared owner, created account in V3 and added to Zipatile.
After that I can see all my devices in V3 and the rules in the house are still working... ?? I guess due to the Zipatile still running on the old system.
Question is how do I get the Zipatile logged in to the new system?

Real-time notifications may not work
The first time you sync rules from v3 (my3.zipato.com) your old rules will be gone from the Zipatile.
You can find the new V3 app in the App Repo on the Zipatile. It's the one with the black icon.

Thanks. I have managed to locate the app and it seems to be working now.
Unfortunately, I am missing several devices in the app (also on the phone) so I will wait with the rules sync. Hopefully Zipato service team can assist in including them.
