Alex skills not working 29-01-21

My Alexa skills stopped working through Zipabox yesterday (29th January 2021).

I use LightwaveRF lights and a Harmony Hub and Somfy roller blind (433mhz).

The Harmony Hub works through the Alexa skills but the lights and blind don't. They do all work through the Zipato app so I am assuming there is some problem between Alexa and Zipato

Yes i have the same issue, worked fine for a year until today!

Same problem here ! It stop working yesterday (29th January).


Please fix it quickly, it is used to control lights and roller shutter.

Same Problem, the OAuth from zipato.com does not work as aspected.

my.zipato.com work but not https://auth.zipato.com/login.jsp.

possibly a few problems with the authentication via the service.

I was only able to open the forum via google authentication.

we are experiencing some issues with the auth servers.

It will be resolved accordingly.

Please do not try to disable the skills as you wont be able to enable them again before we fix everything.

As soon as we fix it hopefully everything will continue working as before.

Nothing will happen, you will just have to enable it again after we fix the issue.

Authentication and connection with alexa are currently possible, but the original problem still exists

It just seemed to take a certain amount of time after the new token until everything could access zipato. Alexa can now control zipato again.
