problem to remove a device

Hello,
I have a problem with remove a device in my ZipaTile.
At first I wanted to add the device (Zipato MicroModule Switch Double), but it didn't work (or so I thought).
After that I had 4 similar devices, two of them could be deleted and the last two do not work for deleting.
I therefore need your help, please.
