Rules using virtual switches not functioning

Hi,
i created a virtuall switch to control more then 1 functions.
i created a scene and set this vswitch to on (it works).
in rule generator i created a rule see pic attached and it doesnt work, but is a really clear config.
i puted 2 rgbw controllers in 1 group and set intensity of it.
A Bug again or what is wrong?

i testet without groups too but nothing is working. Also some older rules created on Z1 are working but cant be deleted or changed, maybe thats a conflict. Also i tried some other rules with vswitch but no success
