Rule not working: Message if window still open after x seconds

Solved

I tried to create a rule that sends a message if a window is open for more than three hours (screenshot attached). But I always receive that massage immediately when I open the window. Could somebody help me please?

Hello,

Couple things are redundant here it seems. You don't need the REFRESH_ALL block and instead using IF-ELSE, put just an IF block.

thank you for helping. I just added all the redundant parts after the configuration you described did not work. Here is a screenshot of my first version: 3d20d7625320eb27bcc9ef705602dd81

This also sends the message after only a few seconds instead of three hours.

Is there maybe an error with the wait element?

I guess I found the problem: it was the point in the seconds value (which had been copied from the windows calculator and works like an comma at that place) . So it waited only 10,8 seconds instead of 10800.

Can I set the topic to solved somewhere?
