Is ticket system working OK

Hi.


Submitted a ticket to get support for a new devices four days ago. I haven't got any response.


Normally I have got answer within a day.


Has anyone else experiencing slow responses on ticketing system.

Hello,

Sometimes we have workload with higher priority so we are unable to devote as much time to handling tickets as we wished. They're however important for the users feedback aspect so they will always be addressed.
