Time stamp wrong

I just recognized, that the time for events is shown Region Berlin and Europeean Summer Time+ 2 hours. GMT right now is local time - 2 hours.
So it looks to me as if the difference GMT to local time is calculated somehow double.
Anybody else this experiance?
Right now while it´s really cold here this seems to influence the heating schedule. So our valves change to night schedule already at 10 pm but they should do that at midnight.

We noticed that, we have rule for virtual switch set OFF at 6 am. But in the graph is switched at 8 AM. There is 2 hours difference (GMT).
Also the switch worked correctly until 2 days ago. Now - it switches at wrong time?
