Can't sync rules since 4 days now !!!

Solved

After the zipato was offline, now I can't sync rules( since more than 4 days now !!! "app failed").

My shutters are closing in the afternoon and opening nights and I can't correct the rules without sync them. !!! Help !

This is a pain!

First the weather conditions do not work and now you cannot find an alternative solution as the rules sync does not work!

Useless system!!!!!!!

Please submit a ticket with the serial number of your controller if you're still having this issue.

Zipato sync is not working or offline for many people. Please submit à ticket....lol. It's a joke ?

There is no general sync issue at the moment. However some controllers cannot still sync if a user did a factory reset when first noticed the sync issue. For that reason we ask for an individual ticket because we need to verify thats the case. I took the liberty of checking your box and it had that problem which is now fixed and the box is synced. If you opened the ticket earlier like it was suggested this would've been resolved already.
