Hello

I am having zipatile 5 years old. I am having some issue with the screen. The screen are lining white and black. Some time the screen are disappear . My question is if I bought a zipatile 2 do I need to reprogram all device in zipatile 2. I am having 105 device connected . What I can do with the program too?

Hello Sylvain,

Transferring devices between Zipatile1 and Zipatile2, and in general between different generation models, is not possible. If you'd like to use them on Zipatile2 they would have to be manually added again, same as the rules you had before.
