Zipatile not starting

When turning on the device all l see is ANDROID on the screen and stays that way. I can’t syncronize nor update with the app..

Put it back to factory default

unplug the Zipatile from the power supply and follow these instructions:

- Hold power button for 10 seconds for the Zipatile to turn OFF.

- Press "Volume Down" and "Power" buttons at the same time and hold "Volume Down" until the Android Recovery screen appears (10sec)

- Select to clean data/factory reset, wait for it to be done and reboot.

Before you login into the Zipatile, sync the unit via the webUI or mobile app!

i tried this to fix my Zipatile and does not work. I cant even register my zipatile anymore. allowed registration time has elapsed warning . first time I see that. so I am totally locked out it seems. Please help or suggest a solution.

The recovery and sync with the app before loging in worked BUt l can’t log in anymore in the Zipatile!!

Submit a ticket and attach the serial number of your Zipato controller. We will resolve it.
