Hello,
The model you mentioned is not currently supported. However since DoorBird devices have very similar configurations, you can still include it on a Zipato controller and let us know afterwards, so we can create a descriptor for it. In other words there should be no issue in supporting this device remotely. If you decide you want to proceed please submit a ticket once you've added the Doorbird.
