V3: rules not working

Hi.
I have problems with v3 system. Most of the rules are not working anymore.
Anyone else facing same kind issue?

Some findings to this issue. Some rules work fine all the time and other stop working after one hour since last sync. When sync is done again, rules are working again (for an hour). I have no changes made to system.
