V3: Hue bridge inclusion not working

Hi!

Hue bridge inclusion not working at the moment on V3 enviroment.

Inclusion starts but fails after 1-3 seconds with error message.

I have succesfully included same bridge earlier to same configuration.

Now trying to include it again because new lights have been added to bridge.

All devices in the network have been reseted.

I have already ticket open for this with no response.

I'm migrating from ZIPABOX1 - Zipato Portal V2 (no longer supported)

to ZIPABOX2 - Zipato Portal V3.


I paid for the PRO Pack (99.-) which contains Philips HUE Module.


I have Extension Modules (Zigbee, enOcean, Zwave+, 433, backup)


and despite everything, impossible to connect Philips HUE.


During pairing, in just a few seconds the system mentions No device found, as if the Philips HUE function is still not activated.

Is the new hue api the reason why zipato can't find hue bridge?

Philips HUE still not implemented on 2.1.19

And beta 2.1.24.


Perhaps only for a future major version ?

Hello,

any news? It’s december 2023 and I’m still not able to add my hue bridge to zipatile V3.

Hue was perfectly working in V2, this really was a bad surprise after upgrading!!!
