Access to V3 Admin Portal

HI guys,

since yesterday any access to the V3 Portal is refusesd. I did a password reset several times but without any success.

Is is just me having these issues?

I still got he same problem, cant login the v3 app. "Wrong user name / password"

Still no reaction from Zipato guys. Any connection to my system refused. Sorry but I continously got the impression that zipato moves towards "end of business"

Hello,

login is case sensitive so please make sure you don't have space in front of or at the end of the email address.

Also pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters, even in an email address

problem solved! the username is now apparently case sensitive as well. This was not the case before

Thanks for that hint. Now it working. Allways the same problem: No communication in advance. about such a change.
