Alexa skill 502 error trying to add Zipato v3

I migrated to V3 and lost the ability to control devices via Alexa. I see that there is a Zipato V3 skill but when I try to add that skill to Alexa I get a 502 error.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Mine finally linked several days later but now I'm plagued with the "offline" issue and no response from support regarding issues converting to V3.
