Hello I have got the same problem and the zipato support is again "miserable" - don't respond in days.. its a pitty how support kills products and reputation in days what companies build up in years..

Hello. I have know the same issue. What was the solution. Resetting the server key via the phone app solved the issue? The server key reset cause any changes? Lost devices or routines or any other system changes? Many thanks for reply.

Looks like there’s a problem with the security check. It might need fixing to let people log in or use the site. Hope it gets solved soon!
