need solve problem with pro licenses

when the zipabox broke customer support convinced me to buy a new Zipa box making sure all the licenses I had would be transferred This is what the support manager writes

Hi
we can transfer PRO license which includes:
+ 1 x Smart alarm PRO
+ 1x Virtual Thermostat PRO
+ Multi-server (cluster) option
+ Rule creator PRO
+ Unlimited brands
Additionaly we can add license for 15 virtual thermostats.
Backup license is not necessary to transfer since it is related to the controller.
Is it fine for you?

to date all the licenses have been deactivated by another person who has provided assistance saying that I have to buy the licenses if I want them
