Factory reset zipatile, now unusable

Anyone knows how to get v3 app on zipatile after a hard reset?
My zipatile went haywire, which led me to submit a ticket to support and suggested for me to perform a hard reset.
Which I did thereafter but now unable to locate the v3 app on app repo, unable to update app-repo version as well as it prompte a parse package error, and unable to perform ota update as it says merafile missing.
Contacted support but no response for 2 to 3 weeks.
I like this idea
