I am unable to register my Zipabox.

I am having trouble registering my box on my.zipato.com. The error message "the box is not online" keeps appearing despite my attempts.
I have tried opening the HTTP and HTTPS ports on my router for the Zipabox's IP address, but the issue persists.
I have also verified that the serial number on the box matches the label.
Strangely, when I connect a laptop to the network cable on the Zipabox, I am able to access the internet.
