I am using the Zipato smart home system with Z-Wave frequency and a MICRO MODULE SWITCH DOUBLE relay - ph-pan04.eu 868.42 MHz (EU). I have the following issue: When I press the wall button connected to the switch, nothing changes on the mobile app, although the light turns on or off when I press the wall button. How can I synchronize the wall button with the mobile app or the Zipato laptop program, noting that synchronization works between the mobile app and the laptop? Can this problem be solved, and how? Thank you.
