The app and cloud seem to be off?

I can log in but as soon as i'm in I get the message "filedruk toload abilities" not just for me, but also for my customers. Can you please answer asap?

I have the same issue, not from all devices where I'm using the mobile app and cannot access the web application.

Zipato Support, please have a look into it urgently.

It seems the problem only occurs at nighttime.

Dringend daytime the app seems to be working correct, please help us out or at least give a reply so I can give somekind of answer to my customers!!!

admin.zipato.com was off the whole weekend and this morning. Let see when it is off again

Sorry for the inconvenience but this kind of things can happen and it was solved quickly.
If you have an issues please report it through a ticket with full details so we can check specific serial number that is being affected.
