The zipato system is disconnected. I tried to recover the password, then I get an email with new password. It is not allowed to change it by post or after delivery.

Hi,

You are trying to connect to old v2 platform.

As previously announced over two years ago, our V2 platform, which has served for 12 years, was scheduled to be shut down on December 31, 2023. However, we have extended this shutdown period by an additional two months.

Contact us directly via ticket with full details (serial number of the controller) and we can check if your controller supports new platform. Do not disclose your private details in public part of the forum.

Zipabox1 cannot work with the new platform.
