ZipaTile1 Akku defekt

Hallo,
Bei meiner Zipatile ist anscheinend der Akku defekt er lädt nicht mehr den Akku auf obwohl das Ladezeichen erscheint. Ist es möglich Fenske selbst zu tauschen? Wenn ja gibt es dazu eine Anleitung? Und habt ihr Akkus auf Lager? Oder muss ich das Gerät zu euch schicken?
