Ecolink Motion Detector

I am having problem with Ecolink motion detector.
Zipato detects it, and I can see it under sensor on my dashboard. I can also see proper events under event viewer, however in my rule set, nothing gets triggered.
my rules are very simple as you can see...
Under devices I can see 2 endpoints detected, but again I can properly see events.
The same problem 
Access denied
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
