3G Stick not working / Box settings needed

Hello, hope you can help me out (ticket already opend but unsolved yet).

I have the backup module and the Zipato 3G stick attached to it. The inclusion of the module is fine and the backup battery function is working as expected. I added the Zipato Stick to the module and after the inclusion sequence (short blue-red-purple and then blinking red; i'm missing the latest short blue) all seems fine and i added the information in the box settings as you can see from the screenshot.

i have a prepaid card (Aldi-Talk) which uses the Eplus network and as far i found out i added the settings you can see from the screenshot to the box.

I tried just the APN without SIM pin, tried with removed PIN from SIM card and with 'dummy' PIN, tried the SIM Username and SIM PW...nothing helped and as soon the LAN is disconected i get the blinking green light and thats all. No addtional steady green light, no conection of the stick. Just slow red blinking stick as usual.

Can someone please help me out and let me know what exactly i have to add to the box settings?

I also tried the inclusion process mentoned by Zipato with deleting all settings, reboot, adding all, sync, reboot etc. Nothing solved the issue.

I checked the stick via laptop and voila internet is working. The seetings from the card can me read via the 3G module manager on PC. What is different from the settings in the box itself is that on the PC application there is the Phone entry : *99# mentioned. Do you know if this information is also needed within the box settings?

Thank you very much for your support.

The SIM Pin is the already set PIN from the Card itself and the SIM Passwort is 'internet' like found online.

But like already said, it doesnt work.May someone is using the 'ALDI-TALK' prepaid card and can provide me the correct settings.

Thank you very much in advance.

Let me recap your info: You have zipabox and security module with 3G stick loaded. You generally have your zipato connected to your internet (for example cable internet via router) via LAN connected and as soon as you disconnect the internet you lose the connection and zipabox does not start using the 3G stick to connect?

This is a knows issue. Although I have not tried it personally, try the following. In the webUI under controller settings "un-check" the "keep online"option. Theoretically zipabox upon disconnecting from the lan (cloud) should restart and after restart should start to use the 3G stick...

Hello,

Thank you very much for your support. You're right with your recap beside that i use the backup instead of the security module but anyhow....

I followed your suggestion and kept the 'offline' option unchecked, removed the lan the box is blinking green and after a while i got the lan back in the box started to blink blue.

After the box was back to green i pulled again the lan....it still does not work.

Sorry, but im getting crazy right know.

Does anybody know how to set the settings? There must be a solution:)

Thank you.
