can't connect my controller with Zipato v3 platform
Good afternoon. I've been using the Zipato Zipamini system (sn AN28989B3166CF27B5) for several years. Everything was working well. A month ago, the Zipamini controller stopped connecting to the server. Rebooting didn't help. I checked the router settings with the Internet provider, everything was fine.
I connected the Zipamini controller to the monitor and reset the settings via the Android system. As a result, the serial number of the controller was changed to ANCB40B82F2362507A. Then, when I try to add this controller to the Zapato v3 platform, I get the error "firmware version unknown or older than 1.3.60"
I read knowledgebase and found the Matebox App. I installed it, and now my Zipamini system has a version 1.3.81k. But I still can't connect my controller with Zipato v3 platform. Please help me.
