Hi,

I made a ticket a week ago and got an answer. But 5 days later replys are not possible anymore. And as I did not make myself clear anyway, I take the opportunity to rephrase (and shorten) the my request.


I came into the topic well after the network V2 was shutdown.

I have some zipabox V1 boxes (partly sold to me as V2) and some V2 boxes branded in the USA.

I understand the I need one V2 box to connect to the V3 network and then I can use all (or most) of my V1 equipment. Correct?

In earlier tickets I was told a sales rep would contact me with a upgrade proposal. I think this was in 2024, after the official upgrade offer. This never happend. Who can I get a V2 box?

I also asked to get firmware to migrate the zipato boxes sold in the US under a different label, compatible. but I got no answer on that.

Any other option for me to use my hardware?

Hello,

Your multiple tickets about same topic have been answered.
You have purchased Alloy product not a Zipato product and as explained and suggested before, you should return it back to seller since this is not a Zipato controller and cannot work with Zipato cloud.
