433 module not working?

I just connected new 433Hz module to zipabox slot 2 but cannot find it in my.zipato-manager (like IP, IP backup, internal, virtual, zwave). Is it not working? Do I have to activate it?

should show there. Try to power off the box completely and restart. If that doesn't work, open a support ticket.

Think Zipato must turn it on for you!

not sure, I have a 433MHz module, but they didn't have to activate it before I could use it........ maybe things changed?


you can get support by sending an email to support@zipato.com you also need to include your box serial number in this email.
