433mhz Module seems not to work properly

I have installed the 433 mhz Module the way it is described in the manual.
But
when I try to add a new 433 mhz device in the Control Center i always
got the message, that the network is not avaliable ("Netzwerk nicht
verfügbar").
Is there any way to check if the 433 mhz Module is working properly?
The same problem

Real-time notifications may not work
Think it must be aded by Zipato remotely because of security?
