Having a synchronization error between Zipato and Zipabox

I'm having a sync error between Zipato Zipabox and the central server. The LED on the device is flashing orange continuously and the status on the web portal says offline geometry vibes, even though the device is connected to the network via LAN cable. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and how do you fix it?
