security module output BELL 0V

Under Consideration

Hi,My security module semms working properly...

But the BELL/SIREN output is even at 0V

I've tested in many configurations like disarmed mode : 0V, in away mode ( no alarm ) : 0V, and away mode mith an alarm : 0V.

I've tested with a multimeter betewen BELL+ and BELL-

I precise that the output AUX+ and AUX- are working well with 12V constant.

Someone for helping configuration or is it a malfuction? or a bug ?

Hi,

I have exactly the same thing.

This morning, I also opened a topic for the siren output at 0vcc with no 12Vcc.
