You stopped the ZIPATO V2 server in February 2026 for THOMBOX management. Indeed, I no longer have access to https://my.zipato.com/zipato-web/app2login. But I notice that it is possible to access the management of my THOMBOX equipment locally via the ZIPATO Android mobile application. I did a test a few days ago by triggering an alarm. I noticed that I still received a phone call from +1-484-971-7671.
So, the conclusion is that even if the ZIPATO V2 server is no longer operational, my THOMBOX system continues to notify me remotely by phone if I have an alarm.
My question is as follows : If you guarantee me that this current operation will continue, I will buy phone coupons from you. If yes, how do I validate these credit coupons on the WEB knowing that the site no longer works with my box 011055200D014415 ?
