Turn lights off at midnight

Hi All,

I want to achieve something really simple, but can't get it to work. There are a lot of other users that have posted similair questions but mostly on older versions.

do something at time "X"

I want to turn on my garden lamps at sunset, and turn them off at 23:00. The on part is not a big issue, I can use the scheduler to do so, but how can I turn them off? a timer or a scheduler with sunset + 'x'hours are no options since that would turn the lights off at a different time throughout the year.

Is there a "When <TIME> = 23:00 DO: [action]"or something alike?
