I Tried to Learn Astrology Online But Something Feels Off - Am I Missing Something Important?
Hey guys,
I wanted to share something that’s been on my mind lately and hopefully get some real advice from people who’ve actually gone down this path.
So recently, I decided to learn astrology online because I’ve always been interested in understanding birth charts, predictions, and even palm reading. Instead of casually consuming content, I thought of enrolling in proper astrology courses to get structured knowledge.
But after exploring multiple platforms, I feel a bit stuck.
Everything looks good on the surface — well-designed websites, big promises, certificates, and even “career opportunities.” But when I dig deeper, I start questioning things. Are these courses actually teaching real astrology, or just surface-level concepts packaged nicely?
I also looked into an online palmistry course, thinking it might be easier to start with. But again, same confusion — too many options, not enough clarity.
Some platforms focus more on theory, some on quick results, and some mix everything without clear direction. That’s where I’m unsure what to trust.
During my research, I came across Bhartiya Institute of Vedic Science. Their courses seem more structured compared to others, and they cover multiple aspects like astrology and palmistry. I’m not sure how effective they are in reality though, so if anyone here has genuine experience, I’d really like to know.
Here’s what I’m honestly trying to figure out:
- When you learn astrology online, how do you know you’re actually learning the right way?
- Do astrology courses really build deep understanding, or are they just beginner-level knowledge?
- Is starting with an online palmistry course a smarter approach before diving into astrology?
- How do you differentiate between authentic learning and just well-marketed courses?
Also, one thing that confuses me a lot — some people say astrology requires years of guidance under a mentor, while others say online learning is enough if the course is structured properly. Which one is closer to reality?
Right now, I don’t want shortcuts. I’m okay investing time and effort, but I want clarity that I’m moving in the right direction.
If you’ve personally taken any astrology courses or tried to learn astrology online, please share your honest experience — what worked, what didn’t, and what you wish you knew earlier.
Would really appreciate real, no-filter advice 🙏
