Zwave node communications

Hello,
I have the zipato RFID keypad that has issues reaching the
zipato controller due to being out of range. However, I do have other
zwave nodes in between that it should be able to communicate with to
reach the controller. How do i force the keypad to use one of these
devices in the zwave mesh network instead of trying to communicate
directly with the controller?

Have you tried netwrok heal in the controller setting? You will have to wake up the keypad whilst in the healing status.
