P1 module added, but no P1 network protocol in the Module Manager

Today, I added a new P1 module to my Zipato, connected
it to my Dutch ISKRA ME382
smart-meter, but in the Module Manager I don't get the P1 network
protocol. I restarted my Zipato several times, nothing changed...
Also, when I try "Add Device", select
"P1", only 2 "Landis+Gyr" devices are selectable, but
whatever device you select, the Wizard always anwers "Network not
availabe"...
My Zipato has two devices on the right side, the P1
module and the 433 Mhz module. I also own a backup module, but it is not
connected now.
Please, can you help?

I have tickets for more than 2 months now, about adding the P1 to the Zipabox. The last ticket was opened on October 19th. The P1 is not showing up as a node, so it also cannot be added as a device.
We have to be very patient for a solution, I guess.
