Scheduler repeat problems

I have a rule that's set to run every 30 minutes, but it only runs once a day, at the time set in the first configuration page. The repeat setting is ignored. In another two rules, they're set to run every minutes, but only run once per hour(!). In each case I've used a test switch to check when the rule is being executed, and I can see in the event log that the switch is only flipped at these times.

Real-time notifications may not work
