Zipato Remote Control

I have bought a Zipato (Phileo) remote control

I have not been able to use it in any of the rules. I would like to start scenes or switch devices once specfic buttons are pressed. Adding the device was easy. Making it to use is very difficult.
Are there people out there who have made this work successfully ? Please share with me how.

yes had this issue with firmware 9.8a. You need to update to beta firmware 9.8e. It is under the settings tab.
