Disarm Alarm with RFID keyboard doesn't turn zipabox in green light

Hello,
When I disarm the alarm with the zipato rfid mini keypad (badge or code), the zipabox disables the alarm, but the light does not become completely green. the led is pale green (or yellow) and a red flash appears every 10 seconds. I must arm and disarm again with the control panel to turn the zipabox in green.
Do you have any solution ?

I've seen the same thing with mine and honestly have no clue why it flashes the way it does. It seems to have a mind of its own and doesn't correlate to anything in the manual or FAQs (go figure).

I've noticed that I need to disarm the alarm twice with the keypad to turn Zipabox completely green.
Any solution to fix this ???

Please, open a ticket on our support site: support.zipato.com so we could examine this directly on your boxes.
We didn't got any other complaints about this so it could be possible that this is an isolated case in your systems.
